The most important attribute of any Care Home are the care staff and the years of experience that they bring. Brant Howe prides itself on employing staff who can empathise with the residents and their care needs.
The home trains and updates staff knowledge at regular intervals which exceed the CSCI requirements, this includes the majority of staff being trained to NVQ level 2 or above.
